Are Runflats worth trying to save???

    Ditto.

What's an M35A2 worth these days?

I wouldn't think more than $6. Look under it for mud, you might have a lot of maintenance to do.

Make it quiet. Lower decibel level M809

Look into Aero turbine mufflers. I put one on my deuce and like it. They are a straight through design and made of stainless.

    Reo gas m35/44 transmission/sprag help

Well, it seems you have multiple issues. To find out why your front wheel will not spin, you'll have to take the hub apart. It could just be the brakes hung up, but I'd want to open(both sides) it up and verify the bearings, seals, brake pads, etc are in good shape(the steer axle is real...

What's an M35A2 worth these days?

Unless you absolutely have to have that trailer, m105s aren't that great and I wouldn't think they are worth much. Just my opinion of course. Around here a normal deuce would be 5-8thou

Are Runflats worth trying to save???

If you use grease, use silicone based grease. Regular grease will eat the rubber.

    Reo gas m35/44 transmission/sprag help

First I'd pull the spline caps off the front axles and see if the wheels spin. If you pull the caps and they spin I would suspect the Tcase, if they still don't you have other issues.

Are Runflats worth trying to save???

I would say your best bet is to set a motor hoist on top of the tire, hook up around the run flat, lube everything, and pull run flat out. Yes they make a tool to remove them(similar to your strap idea), but if you don't plan on re-using them, just yank them out and throw them away.

    M246/M819 rear outrigger baseplates

SHouldn't be the same as the front. The rear outrigger on the 819 and 246 the pads come off of. He is correct they are the same as the boom jacks.

809 Series 5 Ton Steering Box Replacement

Check to make sure its not the mounting bolts! I had lots of slop, turned out to be the bolts were loose. Its no fun to tighten them either.

Need to pick someone's brain: Forlorn rotting M275/M48?

Not really that valuable. Someone might want one for a collection, but they are hard to find. If its in rough shape and you want a 939, forget about it.

    Best laid plans...

Yeah, I agree with Rusty. Sorry I'm late to the thread, but since the shop isn't familiar with these injection pumps, I'd take everything they say with a grain of salt. Post up EXACTLY what they say is wrong and we can try to help out. Just so you know, the FDC only serves to restrict your...

    Kentucky bound

Made it back and I'm happy to report there was no jail time involved! Friday I headed down and picked up a push/pull rig for welding aluminum, then headed over to the "Stone" compound(southern Indy) to drop off some 1400s and crash for the night. Sat I headed back to Ky for THUNDER. A minor bit...
