Did you pop test them before you did anything? I pulled mine and went right to the pop tester. It was amazing how poor of shape some were in. I had 2 that didn't reach 1000psi!
Is the C channel welded to the deuce frame? If not, your going to need to add a bunch of bolts! The stock 10k winch uses more than 4 bolts to hold the extensions on, I only see 4 bolts in your pics.
I have a home made one in the bed of the deuce and I plan on putting one of the Liftmoore cranes on the front of my M353 trailer so I can load the trailer and the deuce, but not have to keep all that weight with me 24/7. The 353 will have custom outriggers.
Life is much easier with a drop side bed. I agree on mounting it away from traffic if you have to use it on the side of the road. Is your truck a drop side?

Thats the winch from a 5ton. I'd just trade someone(for a deuce winch) for ease of installation, but you can make it work if you want to, Spicergear put one on his deuce.
