any good truck shop, remember the 13 uses a clutch brake to help the shifting,

make sure that the splines match that is corse or fine. if the old shaft was 1 3/4" it will have a SMALLER polit bearing then a 2". this fits in the fly wheel. some fly wheels will take eather ,others wont. you can get a 1 3/4 thats has a over size outer race thet adepts the 2 to a 1 3/4, but...

when welding cast its inportant to drill a small hole at the each end of the crack before welding, then weld it up. this keeps the crack from running. if you can heat it thats fine, try to keep it wraped to keep the heat in so it all cools SLOWLY together. nickle rod is the rod to use
