im doing one one those on my 819, have the parts and a extra light for the dash, just havent installed it it, im using a old backup alarm switch,

you can put the cable up along the step bracket, and the valve is higher then the airpack skid plate, id be more afaid of ripping a brake line if things got that high and rough rather then the the tank drain setup

i just put a quick disconnect on the end of my top air tank, its a lot easer to get to then get under the dash

the low sender is up under the dash, some times a low air sender will have a internal leak that pressureise the spring side at high pressure, so with the spring and being pressureised it thinks that you have low air at 110#

no high pressure warning, sounds like your low pressure sender took a dump, like the spring craped

at napa thuck parts thay had on the wall every dummy shaft that you could want, the deuce input shaft is the small one with the 2" being the big one, the price was about $8.00, hope this helps

yes and no, its a STRONG paint solvent, works great for clean up, degreasing, it will burn you if you leave it on you to long, zilapene (not spelled right) does the same, you dont want to breath in the fumes, this stuff will really stone you

i went to napa, bought one for $6.00 or there abouts. (my m819 only has 1 drain), this came with cable, cable clamp spring loaded valve. i put a tee at the bottem off the tank so i could still have my left step petcock to dump the air and the spring loaded valve to dump the moisture, hope tihs...

my m819 has come up with a fuel drip from the front of the injector pump, the question is if i keep running the truck will put fuel in my engine oil though the air compresser or does the air compresser have a seal on the acressery drive side? how hard is it to change the shaft seal or o ring

try using a oil drain plug copper washer, ive used these on about everything to stop this kind of leak, there thicker then the stock copper washers

one thing to remember in swaping trans, is the air poppet valves that shift the transfer for front wheel drive, a way to get around this is to install a reb manual shift kit, i want to change trans, in my m819, but havent found a way around the air poppet in the 5 ton
