Has anyone converted a 6.2 into a turbo charged unit?

The 6.5 turbo needs to be a center mount like out of a van in order to work in a hmmwv. The side mount like on 90% of 6.5 motors will interfere with the body. The center mount turbo system uses different heads, intake, and exhaust.

Has anyone converted a 6.2 into a turbo charged unit?

If your trying to do it to a hmmwv, it won't work. A cucv, it will.

Air pressure bleeder sounds like someone is using an air nailer in my cab?

So, you are talking about the safety pressure relief valve? Its possibly old, take it out and test it. Since you said the noise was in the cab and the pressure relief valve should be under the cab, do you know for sure what is making the noise?

    Hood latch failure.

Yup, I've had my truck flexed enough my hood hold downs have ripped in half. One year at Haspin, Oilcan's truck was so flexed, it looked like the front was hit by a wrecking ball. Once on flat ground everything went back to normal. These trucks are amazing.

    Head gasket leak??

Honestly, I wrench on mine as much or more than I drive it. Its a labor of love but gets to be a pita sometimes. I've learned not sweat the petty things(but like to pet the sweaty things).

High pitch "buzzer" sound coming from driver side middle hub from CTIS

Hard to say. Could be a kinked line or a failed gasket/seal.

    Head gasket leak??

None of my turbo vehicles have dry intakes, not sure if they should be! Not sure what "oil line gasket" you are referring to.

    Head gasket leak??

How long has it not been used? You just got it and started using it for what, 3 months? Things are gonna seep a little, I wouldn't worry about it.
