First of all, you have a kickass truck so this don’t affect you! 😉
Secondly, Uncle Sam will do as he does. There is no predicting. I doubt sales in the USA will significantly be diminished, but I am not Carnac The Magnificent.
If your transmission shift does not have a “P” / Park gear position, then you have a three speed.
If you need to ask such a basic question then perhaps these are not the vehicles or the repairs you should undertake until you read a few TM/technical manuals.
Oil change without changing filter first means you’re mixing old and new. I usually flush with extra oil BUT that is me being compulsive and you don’t really need to.
In a pinch, any nut can be converted to locknut with a hammer and a chisel. In a pinch any distorted thread locknut can be reused with a hammer & chisel too.
You are buying what was essentially a Rolls-Royce priced vehicle at fire-sale prices. Some are dumpster fires but most are easily salvaged. When you’re buying new cars, a percentage are lemons. This is not much different. Some were driven hard and put to bed wet. Some were properly maintained...

The LED I included in the diagrams is to show if the glow plugs are functioning. If all 8 are dead, my LED won’t light BUT the dashboard “Wait Light”/LED will.
Happy to see the relays you used will support 200 amps each. Where did you source them and are the...
You need to look up the specs on the transmission gears, transfer case gears, rear end gears and hub gears
If you have 2.56 diff gears and all hubs are 1.92, then you just need to google 4L80e transmission gears and then google the transfer case gears in your rig. Then factor in 37” diameter...
Ready Brake is a great thing for flat towing. I can’t speak highly enough about this gasket. It activates the brakes of the rear vehicle to make control much better.
