    our law is tighter - no other parts allowed in historic plates. OK, tires, battery and wiring changes are allowed (with right time cloth isolation of course).

    No need to wait. When ignition is on, touch pink wire to his connection - you should hear "click". If no, solenoid is bad and needs to replaced.

    3M adhesive works well. Atleast on my old Cadillac with sagging headliner. Key word is to clean base carton (or whatever materiali it is) good and apply clue as 3M described - on both materials etc.

    One old repairman told me that whey is perfect liquid for radiator flush. And safe to radiators. Never tried myself.
