I bought some engines for the gov and I can't figure out how to read the codes. It's a 6.5L V8 diesel.
The flange says 05 01 M. Inside by the flywheel says 168, F15, 506. What does this stuff mean and where can I find out?
I bought 4 detuned hummer engines. I want to put one in my truck and sell the rest. I want to boost the horse power back to where it should be. What the heck is detuned and and how can I change it back?
They were made my American General in 2005.
Any info would be a big help! Thanks, Brian.
