ok a few days ago i fixed my vacuume leak and it shifts like new, but on my way back up to school i have to take the highway for 3 hrs. was driving and was at 65 for about 30 min then the truck would like hessitate at not wanna go faster then 63, so i went down to 60, 20 min after that it did...
was having problems with vac at the trans and found out that i have 20 vac going into th vacuum regulator valve and around 10 coming out so i cleaned it and nothing changed, i dont have enough right now to buy a new one and was wondering if it will hurt to just bypass the whole thing?

ok guys im sorry lol yea i must be completely stupid but, i just got a brand new gear reduction starter on my 6.2 cucv. do i need a remote solenoid? or why does it engage when main post connects to power not starter switch?
ok put in the new gear reduction starter and confused about the wiring now, shouldent it be the big wire/ top post goes to constant 12v(or right to 12v battery terminal), and the small wire/ left post on starter solenoid goes to 12v. and for my starter switch i have to relay it is a manual set...
alright well i went through starters like skittles a month ago and then i adjusted the valve timing, and i was finally feeling good about it starting everytime, then a week ago it starts acting up again, and so i have to keep turning it over by hand a lil because it sounds like it is wining...
alright id say i have to replace the flex plate and i was wondering if there were any easy way to do this?

alright so i am on on my third starter in a month and i have no idea why.

I bought wellman gp about 2 months ago and went out yesterday and wont start, so i removed the gp's and hooked them up to a battery and nothing happened. two were a little melted.
ok i have a 86 6.2 cucv and i have cranking with no start. my thinking is the gloplugs but i just had them replaced with wellman plugs, but they dont seem to get hot, the relay on the firewall does click over.
