    still problem going over 55 mph

    can i bypass the vacuum regulator valve?

    was having problems with vac at the trans and found out that i have 20 vac going into th vacuum regulator valve and around 10 coming out so i cleaned it and nothing changed, i dont have enough right now to buy a new one and was wondering if it will hurt to just bypass the whole thing?

    ok guys im sorry lol yea i must be completely stupid but, i just got a brand new gear reduction starter on my 6.2 cucv. do i need a remote solenoid? or why does it engage when main post connects to power not starter switch?

    quick gear reduction starter question

    ok put in the new gear reduction starter and confused about the wiring now, shouldent it be the big wire/ top post goes to constant 12v(or right to 12v battery terminal), and the small wire/ left post on starter solenoid goes to 12v. and for my starter switch i have to relay it is a manual set...

    replacing cucv flex plate, any easy ways??

    alright id say i have to replace the flex plate and i was wondering if there were any easy way to do this? also where is a good place to get it from, are there two different models for the truck with different number of teeth?

    Help timing

    alright so i am on on my third starter in a month and i have no idea why. i have been told it may be injector pump timing ok so can anyone tell me how to do this or what else may be wrong.

    is there a aftermarket glow plug controller?

    the people that i bought the truck from just had a direct battery to gp and that is why all of mine just burnt out, no i am wondering what i should do. i would like to use the wait light. is there an after market controller i can wire in?

    why would all of my glow plugs go at once?

    I bought wellman gp about 2 months ago and went out yesterday and wont start, so i removed the gp's and hooked them up to a battery and nothing happened. two were a little melted.

    need help!!!! crank and no start

    ok i have a 86 6.2 cucv and i have cranking with no start. my thinking is the gloplugs but i just had them replaced with wellman plugs, but they dont seem to get hot, the relay on the firewall does click over. new to diesels.
