Wondering the correct location for a Bridge Plate on a Humvee. Ive seen on the hood as well as on the brush guards. Which is the most correct? Assuming either but leaning toward the hood at this point.
The Support Ring was and is the critical item. I looked for over two years and still spent more than what I wanted. In time, due to supply/demand and the fact the Humvee is no longer being used I suspect the prices to continue to go up. I'd sell my today for $10K (all parts included)
Kascar is a top tier supplier. Simply the best. One needs to remember that the Humvee is no longer in production and suppliers only can carry the parts they can source.
I’ve seen before … mostly on the heavy duty brush guards. It may be aded by he brush guard manufacturer vs placed by American General.
I on the other hand am looking for the rollover sticker which in a worst case scenario will produce myself … which I believe is why stickers are so hard to...
only have seen a “kit” from BDC (w/aluminum shield and pintle) for an outrageous price. Really only need the “arm” structural piece. Let me know what your thinking via a PM.
Interested in a Chicken Shield "arm" to mount it to the UPA. Do you have this part?
Another item Im looking for is the V shaped "elevation" handle which mounts on a UPA. Dont have that particular attachment.
Beginning my M1045 turret restoration project (100% of my turret parts in hand) and was looking for assistance on the proper C Pillar replacement/upgrade process. I believe I will need to remove at least on SPONSON.
Having never done this before I believe I need to remove a small riveted...
I’m just assuming it’s plastic … an original M1046a dash and gauges. You make a good point and it perhaps is glass but alas even a bulletproof windshield is plastic and subject to scratches
Wondering the best way to remove old surface mounted decals on the outside of the speedometer. ( noting trailering and MAX speed). Mine is cracked and flaking but don’t want to scratch or oxidize plastic when replacing.
