    In GA no sf-97 needed for tag , no emissions cert. for diesel either, but you will need an inspection to get a title. You can get plates on 25 year old or older vehicle with bill of sale only. In GA you must register all vehicles within 30 days of sale or you get fined. You can't get plates...

    Relay chatter under the dash

    I don't think that's it. My truck still runs after this happens so, if the glowplugs said good-by, why does it still run? Maybe it's the seatbelt buzzer trying to work, I have not heard a seatbelt buzzer one time from this vehicle. Parking brake light and seatbelt light won't go off...

    in the second picture, the picture of the dash, the second black-out switch is on. probably what keeps killing your batteries...I'd pay 2K for it, 2.5K if a lot of bidders.

    mine does the same thing but my battery gauge doesn't work. did you figure it out yet? mine does it when I turn the key in the on position without even starting the engine too.

    6.2 that has not been run in a long time. has a knock

    Maybe me have bad fuel... How long would it take to run out a full tank on the m1009 at idle? Or is there something I can add to the tank to cure the bad fuel? Thanks-forward

    Temperature light?

    One is that light. I'm putting on an electric temperature gauge ($15 at Pep-Boys) tomorrow if no rain. I've got an extra cluster that has the light covers, but most of the rest of it junk. I'm by 75 and 575 :|

    I've seen 8 bolt rims on H1's with beadlocks that are illegal. I also know you can buy a set of aftermarket and legal "1-piece" wheels. What type of beadlock system are we talking about now?:| And thanks for tips.

    "2 piece" wheels... "2 piece" has 2 meanings here. I was thinking about the "beadlock" wheels that use a detachable ring on the outside of the rim. I think you, and maybe even the poster of this thread, were referring to a wheel that is connected in the center, by "2 pieces", 2 half pieces...

    H1 rims w/ beadlocks 2 piece beadlock rims are not DOT approved. You can use them on private property or on public off-road trails, but not on public roads or highways. The only kind of beadlock that is DOT approved, is a one-piece. Find some one-piecers or haul your two-piecers to the trails...
