I put mine on rear cab wall. Next time I'll mount it on firewall. A small spill goes everywhere in the cab.

    Split brake system

As I remember it looked like the seal failed. I had the truck on jack stands with that drum off, had just replaced axle seals. We had some friends over and I two playing in the cab. If one of them had pushed the brake peddle it could have perhaps unseated the seals in the wheel cylinder. My bad...

    Split brake system

Lost brakes all at once. I am installing split master cylinder, split air tank, second air pack, and the needed brackets. I do not know of a proportioning valve in the system, however, you will need a pressure differential switch. I believe Peashooter might be able to help you out with that. I'm...

    Split brake system

After having a brake cylinder fail last year I decided to upgrade to a split brake system. I've chosen to go with a late A/F a2 system. The conversion looks straight forward. I've picked up a master cylinder from Peashooter and plan on buying the rest of what I need when cash allows.

    Insane home Water/meth injection...

It would be nice to be able to cut air to the tank (keg) when you fill it. Or at least be able to safely bleed of air. Then agin you could just bleed down the trucks air tanks. Just be nice to be able to top off water with out shutting down sometimes.

    Insane home Water/meth injection...

Could you rig up a float switch, something like a float in a carb bowl, to the air inlet? That way when your out of water the switch cuts air.

    Split brake system

hydraulic fuse Just throwing this out there, would placing three hydraulic fuses in the brake system work? I was thinking one for each axle. That way in the case of a blown brake cylinder or broken line you would loose just the brakes on that axle. When a hydraulic system is damaged, there is...
