Started building parts for a custom bed. going to be a step side with some of the look of a m101 trailer.

spring rate is high on the rough country springs be a real harsh ride.
I just ordered front tuff country 3in hd . I'm going with shackle flip and 63in springs on the rear.

Have you thought about mounting the fans on the other side of the radiator.
most electric fans can be set up push or pull i had a Blazer i ran this way worked well.
I agree after building my k5 i don't think i would do it again.
With bucket seats the leg room was tight.

I like the pressed centers better i think it gives the truck a tough off road look.
there is no way i would run a spacer but i have seen them hold up well in some of the worst rock crawling out there.
My truck has a lean also it did not have any signs of fork lift damage.
I took some measurements and one of my rear spring is sagging about an inch.
(at the fender well more like 1.5")
If your running rear blocks you may have the same problem.
