I have just replaced my faulty light switch, and would like to open the old one up, it seems like it,s in two halves, held together by a spring clip. Whats the secret for getting this clip out, i can,t see any screws holding it together. thanks in advance.

At last i,ve managed to get hold of some spare front hub drive flanges which i,ve de-splined to stop diff and propshaft turning while running on road. I also want to free up the middle axle by removing half shaft and blanking off with a flange with splines, hope to get better turning circle and...

I,ve been looking at the way the intake hose on my heater is routed, it doesn,t look right at all, although the heater seems to work o.k. it can,t be getting much air thu, those sharp bends. Anybody any suggestions Thanks Dave

Can anybody tell me where i can get hold of the special shaped wrench for torqing the head nuts behind the injectors. i have tried fabricating one without much success, (they Have either bent or been to brittle), so i need the right thing!. Thanks dave.

Is it possible to change oil filters on the deuce without getting oil all over the place?. i,m wondering if there is a drain plug to drain the housings before you remove them! Do the housings drain back into the crankcase if left for a day? i notice there are various plugs in the filter head...

Having got my air shift transfer case fitted, I came to couple the flexible air feed to the backof the switch, and noticed the fitting in the switch is 1/8 B.S.P. taper with a flat end. On the flexi tube there's a swivel nut 1/8 B.S.P. with a female cone seat. I don't see how this can seal...
