Well I cut 2' off I should clarify. 2' from the end of the rear bumper. basically I lost the rear bumper, the axle is only moved forward 2". Flat bed is still as long as stock, just no tail gate.

1st class mail in a padded envelope is quite inexpensive. Next time you order something from Amazon save the envelope and re-use it. I just sent the same small part to Canada in a re-used Amazon envelope and it was 9.95, now that is even to a foreign country. Your looking at 2-3 bucks.

I use a glow plug controller card, not a switch, as long as my controller card still works, I'm fine. If I understand what you are saying, this just turns the card off when the engine is hot, so the card will still work. With the electrical bypass. Correct? If that is the case, it's fine...
