I bought a rebuilt motor from 1986 and installed it and the newer tank with an electric motor, I think it works a lot better then the 1984 version. You can go to the Chevy Dealer and still get the GM gasket between the pump and tank, which is much better quality rubber, the pump motor and tank...

I got a kit from Arizona Mobil Air, it is similar to the other one, but not exactly the same. It keeps both alternators as well. http://www.ackits.com/ You would have to call them, the listing is not on their website. But they do have one. Similar cost.

Precision is what I have found to be the best. The LMC stuff did not fit at all. http://www.prp.com/

The bolts that go through the bushings are 9/16 or 14mm, 10.9 grade on the newer trucks.

Yeah that is what I found. Some LMC stuff is really nice, some quite terrible. You never know until it gets to you.
