I put new TRE's on mine and it still did it. Did a yard tape alignment and it stopped. The shop screwed my alignment up, they used the specs for a 1989 IFS Chevy truck. I'm good now too. I had already rebuilt my entire front axle.

Mine will go up to 220 if I am going 70mph up the hill. If I slow down it goes down quick. If I drive slower it stays lower. This is an M1008 with 37's. This was last weekend in Arizona 103 degrees where I was out side too. With my add on AC running.
We bought a new rod from GM it was only $25.08 retail, which is what the shop charged me. GM 14050425

I did, looks like a cast part and it broke right in the middle. I'll post photos in the AM but is seems weird that a shaft in a bore would literally break in half. 80K miles. GM still had new ones available.
