I think I would just do the interior, there is a jacked up square body Chevy pickup in my neighborhood that is completely bed liner-ed black on the outside and I think it looks weird. Almost like the truck is fuzzy. The OD paint is so easy to spray on the outside.

It seems to me, that these hubs are not for the average person. They are for the banjo player that some how blows up a Dana 60 axle on a regular basis. In that case the ridiculous procedure for locking and un-locking would be acceptable. But the original poster just wants hubs he does not...

I have Yukon 35 spline inner and outer, I had to shave the inner down to get it through the knuckle. U-Joint is a Bobby Long Super Joint and I went with Warn 35 spline hubs.

I have Tough Country 4" fronts and rears from a 94 2500 with ORD shackle flips. It rides great and flexes very well. Bilstein 5100 shocks as well.

I have an ORD dual case setup as well.
I bought the newer tank and the electric pump from LMC and then replaced the wiper motor with the newer version. I could never get the older style to work either.
