It had a 6 on 8.75 just like the deuce. It was painted OD green and was with a bunch of military wheels.

    Wheel

I just found a 20"x9" wheel. It is one piece, tubeless and steel. I have seen some on the M105's that were 22.5. Any thoughts on what they were for? I wish I could find a set.

    my current government vehicle build

Over the years I had a couple of DJ's. They were a lot of fun. A great beater car. I hauled everything in the little back. The sliding doors were OK, because you could drive around with them open. Our post office got rid of them a long time ago.

    Changing the Air Compressor belt

The ones I sell are all cut on CNC equipment. They are made a little loose to accoumt for different castings and paint build up. I also designed another wrench that is a open end for the other side. The "other guy" bought a set of mine, took the designs, now is making and selling them. He is...

    105 trailer wheel adapter,HOW TO?

If I was set on keeping it, I would change axles, springs and wheels. I would go with electric brakes. It will still be heavy, it is well built. You will save some weight just getting rid of two 20" wheels and the running gear. Make sure that the new parts will handle the weight.

    New Tires

I just won an auction for 5 new 1100r20 tires for my bobbed deuce. Can I reuse the 900x20 bias flaps with the new tires (same stock wheels)? I think I am going to get the wheels refinished at the same time $22 each. The tubes are also $22.

    Do genset work?

Every Friday, 8:30, our generator comes on and runs. The only hours that unit has, are test hours. It is run by a big Cat. There have been two times in the last 8 years that it wouldn't start because the batteries were dead (not just discharged) This generator lives in a heated room and gets...

    CARC tan question

I like the light color tan. I haven't been able to get a real answer. Last year there was a trailer outside of the armory and the guys were touching her up. I asked what the color was and they showed me the Home Depo can. So who knows.
