Sounds like the adventure started early. Good luck and keep us posted.

Jim Henry volunteered the use of a large tent if the weather is questionable. I'll bring it with me Friday, and if anyone needs to me to pick up anything else at Jims', let me know and I'll bring it to URE.

Installed front hubs and changed the ropes to straps on the bed cover. Then hauled my sons dirtbike for him.:mrgreen:

After 25 years of marriage, my wife knows I don't want her opinion even when I ask for it. :mrgreen:

Spaghetti and meatballs, not possum balls! Count me in for 2 spots at the table please.

There's picnic tables, water spigots, grills,tent sites in the woods and a large open area all in site B.

The restrooms/shower house is nicer than most Nat'l Forest campgrounds.

I've never camped in the group areas at Uwharrie so I rode out and checked it out today. It's a nice place and Badin Lake is very close at Kings Point day use area. There were a couple of guys painting the restrooms and showers for us! Both are nice and clean. Here's a few pics of the rally site...

While there is no cure for OD Fever, a couple of days maintanence on MVs will usually bring the fever down for a few days.:) This effect is only temporary and the fever will return at the first site of OD.

Well that 1 gallon jug is spa soap...:-P
