Hey guys, what octane fuel should i be running in my stock 53 m37. Should i be adding anything to the fuel to helo clean it up?

what is the biggest tire size i should put on? iv got stock wheels for a original stock 1953 cdn M37? i want something larger and more agressive untill i plan on restoring.

everything from the wheels to the wipers works and are original, the interior of the cab is fine, except the inside foam on the hard top, some small rust spots on the box rails, starter slips a little bit, but it fires right away, still a 24 volt system, original wire harness, e break dosnt...

thanks for all the tips, i need to tighten up the steering somehow if i am going to keep it without power steering, iv never had a truck this old, its all new to me, definatly going to need some help. glad i found this fourm.

and im glad to hear restoring it would be a better decision, it would really be a shame to pull it apart. iv been asking around on other sites and most people tell me it wouldnt be worth it to restore, and that they are still pretty common.

any ideas what it would cost to restore it, what its worth now and what it would be worth fully restored. i dont have alot of money for this project right now and i want to budget it in.

thanks, sounds good, i have a custom shop where i live that might be able to fab something up aswell, im just not sure what to order. they were thinkin about getting some blank steel wheels and drilling them out properly.

hello, awsome trailer. i am also looking for some tubeless one peice wheels for my 1953 m37, have you found any information? im thinking about getting a custom set made, and i have also heard about some kind of lug nut adapter but can not find one. thanks
