We have a pete with air leaf suspension and i gotta tell ya it sucks itll get stuck on wet pavement .Our other pete has hendrickson and hardly ever have to push it outta the woods.
yep moblie home tires are illegal for any other purpose of moving a mobile home. It is alittle expensive for 14.5 lowboy tires . Just remeber if it says LOWBOY its ok , if it says MOBLIE HOME USE ONLY junk them but the lowboy tires will fit the rims,.

i dont doubt a 4b would fit in with no firewall work but in a ford and a 6b from the top of the back valve cove to the tope of the tranny has to be moved 4 inches and ive seen on ford cummins were they said that and had a picture of one cut out and refabed as for a chevy ive seen a guy did one...

regaurdless of blown headgasket the radiator cap should have released the pressure im with the rest probably froze even if it was running the fan blowing through a rad that didnt have enough antifreeze could freeze it up id check the radiator and radiator cap
i cant help ya with a brake drum . but most big truck parts places can reline the brake shoes for ya cause thats all they do with regular big truck brakes . check some truck parts places they can send ya in the right direction
having been around alot of cummins 855 engines 300,000miles with proper maintance is right .Rods ,mains, and head bolts (bsure ya change the head bolts)at 300,000 itll keep right on truckin
