Safety first! As a retired medic of 17 years...safety is always a concern. I installed a 10 year smoke detector with lithium battery, and an amber led lights to light the way!
Working on a gray water solution, added a 25 ft hose that can be retracted into the vehicle or hung underneath. This allows the flexibility to hook up to a holding tank or let it drain in a other situations. Of course there would be little gray water in an emergency!

Hi Ray, The half round tank is used on farms allot for water storage for animals as well as humans. It is FDA approved and cost a fraction of the same size tanks for RV use. This one new was $89.00!
I started my M109A3 camper/ bug out / off grid vehicle conversion. I added bunks, 48 gal fresh water, storage units, solar on roof, add sink and hand pump faucet this week. Much more to go but I am on a budget and really shopping around!
Just replaced 2 6TMF batteries with 2 Group 65 Autocraft 850 CCA with 150 reserve...any thoughts on this selection? $135.00 each. (1969 M109A3)6TMF batteries
