Is anyone able to transport a Deuce from Fort Jackson, SC this week to Charlotte?

What's your take on this (iu edited this becuase i was told we can't have live links?) what's your guess, will it run and drive home? it looks clean why would they not start it or test it? What would keep them from doing that, as I see other bases say they started vehicles with a jump...

Interested in buying some vehicles for persona ownership and myabe to clean up and flip here and there. Very excited but nervous at the same time. I'm sure no matter what Gl's description, you have no clue if it will drive home or not, even if it says starts and runs or driven into lot, right...
