This is the one that I have in my trooper II. It's the femoral head component we use for broken hips. There is a 28mm head inside the bigger head. The bigger head is lined with polyethylene so it swivels on the smaller head. I've got one saved to put in my deuce.

I built a highl-rack out of an old isuzu trooper and sprayed the whole thing with that stuff. It turned out well. It is not a rubbery finish like line-x. It's got texture and I think it sluffs of water better. I drive this thing through brambles and mesquites and after a year it's held up...
