    You are correct, I briefly mentioned in my original post that I haven't yet dropped the oil pan, but I'm gonna find the time to do that any day now ... :wink: The original diagnosis was performed by a heavy truck diesel shop in North Bend, but the rate he quoted to prepare a "complete" diagnosis...

    Hello to all; I'm relocating from the Wet West to the Dry East :wink: but my truck is not currently drive-able that far; I've got liner holes or maybe some cracks that's putting coolant in the oil. I can drive it on/off a lowboy, but anything further than that is just asking for trouble. :(...
