On road I run 45 psi offroad I run 20 psi. Anyone staying and going wheelin on Sunday? I might be able to make it up Sunday if anyone wants to go out again.

No not yet.... I am installing one. Like I said it all works beautifully now just need to fix the leak on the suction fitting. I've put about 50 miles on the truck since install. Need a few fittings and I'll be plumbing in a adjustable flow control valve with a adjustable relief and the filter.

I'm going to put a brass fitting in it. what sucks is now I probably have to take the fender back off to fix it.

No no no lol the fitting into the pump...... I cheaped out and got a Chinese black iron street elbow from lowes and go figure it leaks.

So I welded the fitting in the tank for the suction hose. I left the return line fitting where it is because it is actually baffled in side the tank. The whine is gone and the winch works great. Now the only problem I have is the new suction fitting I have leaks.

No the screen is on the return port not the suction and I don't have it in right now. It's also a vain pump

The tank is always foamy. I took the pressure and return line off the winch and put a tee in the put the gauge on the tee.

Right now the cooler is after the winch before the tank. I'm thinking about getting a adjustable flow control to put before the winch.

Yeah that's exactly what it's for. If taking the winch out of the equation makes the noise go away I'm going to have to put a flow controller in it. I really don't want to take out the restrictor although doing so will only make the winch faster not stronger since gpm determines the speed and...
