    S-280 Electrical Shelter Plug Connection

Thanks for the leads. I've spent several hours learning and looking. It's a shame you have to destroy useful goods, I remember those auctions.

    S-280 Electrical Shelter Plug Connection

Thanks for the response. I've looked for markings, however I might need to uninstall it to see anything substantial. There is only random space It's an ARC-Trol three prong. I have searched for the item number RPE 033-240p with no luck. Looks like it might be easier to put in an RV plug, I just...

    S-280 Electrical Shelter Plug Connection

Curious if anyone has knowledge where I can source the external plug connection for my latest S-280. I am doing minimal remodeling inside to serve as a construction trailer. I can utilize one of two plugs, four prong 400WYE or ideally the larger 115V 60 cycles for my interior power leads. Any...

    FMTV High Speed Gears

UPDATE: I still have these high speed gears: As stated earlier, I bought two complete sets plus one extra front. I anticipated buying another lmtv. My swap went easy. I will sell the front and rear diff set for $3500 firm. Pic. Available. Picked up preferred. I have no freight ship connections...

    Dump hoist and removable bed

I have a hooklift on a Sterling. Hook heights vary. Unit could be installed, however the assembly weighs 2970 lbs. without fluids and pump. That doesn't leave much cargo allowance after you figure can or bed weight...

Great! All new assemblies installed for $4k! I still think $3.5k is cheaper for the do it yourselfers! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    FMTV High Speed Gears

I have one pair of complete chunks/assemblies, plus a spare front. I bought two sets plus a spare, as I use my lmtv for work and can't afford down time. Years of reliability, have proved I don't need a spare set. Anyone interested in buying and picking the set up, let me know. Sent from my...

Be cautious of west Texas windshield

Thanks for the read. I clearly see the interweb evolving. 10 years ago the Op would have been unchallenged. His absence speaks volumes to me. This place is full of more heros then zeros! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is the CTIS angle valve serviceable

Picked up elbow today, looks like the other two on the truck. I didn't install yet because I wanted to see if suspected o-ring was the culprit. So far tire is holding air after O-ring change out. If not, I'll change out elbow, but at least I have one on hand. Thanks to all that participated...

Is the CTIS angle valve serviceable

The check valve kinda protruded out as I took the cap off, due to a little air still in tire. I just grabbed with my fingers. Below is a picture of parts after cleanup and putting a small piece of rubber between valve and union. I had to order o-ring and still waiting on it, but I reassembled...
