just won a am general m35a2 from richmond with cont. motor why are the headlights located low in the grill rather than high like my other truck?

found some cheap hemtt wheels and was looking at some made by a outfit in indiana it looks like he has the same kind but reversed them for the rear install so they track the same!! these will be on a m35a2 , with new centers welded in!! so my question is keep the fronts with a posistve offset...

where can i find the aluminum piece that goes between the turbo and manifold ?, looks like a 90 degree fitting flanged on one side and rubbur connector on other. any idea on :!: price or dont i want to know!! :?:
