who has the part number for the electrical block heater used by so many on this site, i have seen pics, looked for them or info for them and have had no luck

My winch cable broke......
I have a line, ha ha, on some new 9/16 cable, i had 1/2 inch on the truck which is what it comes with
I need to know if 9/16 will fit in the hole in the spool, and on the adaptor end of the cable.....
I have hauled a bazillion tons of wood so far, pulled down trees with the winch, hauled an engine for someone, and even done a parade, even tried to get the sheriffs deuce to line em up (chickens lol)
so now it is hauling food for a local church who gives it to the homeless, and needy...
I have a 71 M35, runs great, the in tank pump does pump, i can hear it spin when the switch is turned on
the problem is that it will run out of fuel after 30 gallons of fuel is burned off, about 1/4 tank on the gage
is there something on the bottom half of the pump that can fall off to make...
