Does anyone know the size of the master cylinder piston of the 809 series 5 ton?

I found a M809 harness, but it's not a M818 harness. Was wondering if I could add the lead to the harness for the dual fuel tank or just run a separate wire from the switch to the tank itself without having to worry about messing up the connector..

It doesn't show a rebuild date that I could find.

What did it run you if I may ask?

Thank you... I found a 1981 Ford F800 HydroMax master cylinder/booster and was wondering if this could be adapted to my M818....that's why I was looking for the thread on it.

I know there was a thread started, and using the search on here, I couldn't find it. Someone had posted about using a HydroMax system on a M809 series truck....

When you find it, or someone has an answer, I think the only solution is to get one fab'd up. I haven't seen or heard of one for the M818

The push-lok hose arrived today. Having a difficult time getting it seated on the fitting....any suggestions to get it seated?

Vent lines are definitely going to need replacing...

I re-used the old fittings off the original lines and used fuel injection hose clamps to secure everything. They seem to be holding nice and tight....will see how they hold up. I have the fuel valve put back together and it works pretty smooth working the selector back and forth. Just...
