    Navy m1009 ?

I'm thinkings its full civi as well, just with a seabee paint job. Aparently no front cucv bush protector. Guess a base runner, not tactical. So probably a cheapy k5 for base duty with the 6.5, thx400, and no matts so parts are interchangable with whats in inventory ?

    Navy m1009 ?

Sry not pics :(. One in area im interested in is suppose to be a navy seabee k5, came off navy base, with release form. Was told it was pure 12v, small tires, and 6.2 diesel engine, even in seabee paint. Not sure about shackles or grill guard, forgot ask. Not modded, came from auction as is...

Was trying to de a little research on navy k5 blazers. Recall something in the back my head about them being slightly different, but i can't find anything to substiate that thought. Did the navy have different k5s than army/ marine m1009 ? I know paint is different, anything else ?

    CA law

What i meant was for military vehicles, not people. retired or active. My local postal anex does vin verification on the side. Hes registered. For $40 he walked out looked at it , went in and did the paperwork (everything was where was suppose to be and matched on the vehicle). He also does alot...

    CA law

I found out for military, it just best to have a registration service place to register it / vin verifie, not dmv or AAA. Especialy good if you can find a shipping/packing place that does dmv reg on the side. They usualy ship stuff for active armd forces familys and are more leanient on...

horn not work after replace cam

OK, solved it. I actualy found the answer though fj forum. The ground is ran through the rag joint into the steering box. That Rag joint is the issue, it has a little tiny piece of metal that connects the inner splines to an outer bolt. That piece brakes. Simply put a jumper wire from one side...

    Another CUCV accident

One reason not to salvage is becouse " IF" it gets in a really bad accident then its worth more. And right now the other insurance is willing to fix, just got to find the right shop.

    Another CUCV accident

If there's no crease, that big BS on the shop, even insurance. Look for a mobile dent remover as well. Since no crease, they just weld on a steel rod (puller) and then they have machine or a slide hammer and it just pulls the dent out.

1986 CUCV M1009 Decade after being wrecked.

Love your wifes thinking. Those are very clear and written big ( someone will ignore it). Amaze how many these go to germany. Aparently the brother to the one i have went to germany, and mine would of gone. Only reasone it didn't is the after market drivers seat and rims. Apparently germany...
