looks nice. im on the fence with those 2 extra outlets you put on the door. i picture these units running in all sorts of conditions and picturing that in heavy rain is scary.

if you are wired into your panel you dont need a D-box unless you need more high power outlets where your generator is.

increasing size just makes your unit have to push more air. keeping it the same size all the way out creates a vacuum effect which helps pull the exhaust through the line at a good speed.

i think hes asking about siphon strength, but after the fuel is siphoned you now have to make sure gravity isnt putting too much head pressure on the pump like dewie said.
