Does the DMV tittle these trucks with only 9 character VIN numbers? Everything ive found requires 17? Im trying to check any background this truck might have had. Thanks
Seems to have been used as a farm truck untill parked, I have ID# from dash is 18 digits instead the normal 17 so i dont know how to run it? Should also be on frame in F/L Wheel Well right?

Thanks for the tips, will deffinatly need bigger tools. As for tires are mil surplus still the cheapest way to go? How dose singleing the truck go with stock sized tire? Is there a comerical size equivalent to the military tires?

Duel circuit solves the hydrolic leak issue but what about a air leak or line failure? I was thinking something like exhaust or pinion brakes, both have there own issues
Hello, im currently shopping for my first Deuce, M35a2.
My biggest concern is the brakeing system. Has anybody came up with a seprate "emergency brake" to top the truck in the event of a complete brake failure, air or hydrolic leak?
