How well will it do fully loaded or should we make sure we don't?

RPM's good But not showing on panel meter, Unit will not produce correct voltage - about 25v (set on 208) an slowly goes up to 100v with switch in start position after running. Followed manual instructions and tested the "droop transformer" by making a quick brine load bank - the test showed...
Looking info on this unit. Any recommendations. I have found one for a fair price - says the 3ph won't work. Don't want to purchase without more info.

I am trying to help a friend get a MP803 running - it has power to the contact, but it appears that the contact is not getting a signal. Can anyone give me a good starting point.
