Wires to the light bar? Thats easy!
Drill a hole on the backside of the roof. Where the bolt holes are. Run the cable inside the roof and down the column. you pick which side. Put another hole into the column from underneath the vehicle. That'll route your wires on the outside. You can also put a hole from inside the vehicle at the bottom of the column if you want to route your wiring from inside.
Of course use proper rubber grommets with your holes.
See? Wasn't that easy?

I came up with the idea thinking about how to run interior lighting for the cap. I might run power as well

I'll probably cheat though. I'm planning on putting a civvy interior in mine. They have plastic covering the column so I can put an access hole to help run the wiring that will be covered by the plastic. It occurs to me a flat cover for a household 4x4 electrical box might work nicely as well.
