Its been done before. Need to lift them around 6 inchs

52" (the diameter of a 16.00x20) is also more than the distance between deuce axles.
So you either have to bob it or reconfigure the tandem axle assembly so the axles sit further apart.

i put 16/20 on stock 5 ton wheels and is was a pain to mount
