Mr. Patracy,

I have successfully uploaded an 8.14 MB PDF, but I still cannot upload a 20.5 MB PDF (UHF Radio study guide).

Same behavior as before, but the "spinning" seems to last a bit longer.

I see the issue with that. modsecurity doesn't like the file size, I'll have to edit the config file to make it work, but it'll require a apache restart to take effect. I'll wait until the crack of dawn to restart it since the last time it ruffled some feathers.
