My wrench set from Comdriver arrived in time to change the belt this weekend. I found a short 2x4 was great for pushing the front wrench down into the engine compartment. I threaded the two bolts back onto the pulley to hold the front wrench in place and rotated the pulley from the rear.

Here's a pic of the air compressor pulley un-threaded, I dabbed some anti-seize in there for next time. I also changed out the air governor since it was spitting air at peak pressure.
