In the CUCV II Facebook group, Nico uploaded the 6.5T (diesel) wiring diagram for a CUCV II (source: Warthog). I edited it to show how both of my 5.7L (gas) battery systems are wired. Hopefully this helps someone, I know it would've helped me earlier.

Does anyone know where this plug goes? It is located next to the wiring harness for the blackout light switches. The plug is present and is not connected to anything in either of my CUCV IIs. The pink wire is short and spliced into the main light harness.

Does anyone know if a CUCV and CUCV II rear bumper are the same? Definitely look similar. I would like to put a CUCV bumper on my civilian K3500 build eventually

The bumpers are different. The CUCV II bumper is a modified version of the stock rear bumper on a Tahoe.

Had a problem where the antenna mount I used off a CUCV I didn't have the proper angle on the body, due to the difference in body style from 1984-1999. I bought a CUCV I antenna mount from a friend and it had this special bracket on it that made it level. It is necessary if you want to use a CUCV I antenna mount on a CUCV II.
