yea the previous owner had left it to rot outback then his son made an attempt to get it running again but only suceded in makeing a mess out of the wiring and breaking glass so he felt the truck was only worth scrap value

It'll be nice when you are done with it but you're going to have some cash into it to do it nice. Some of the parts you'll need are pricey for that truck. Just a heads up, you are already ahead of the game since that spare tire carrier and toolbox go for almost 500 bucks themselves for the deuce dumper/ LWB tractor.
