Fuel Pressure Question

So I'm sure this question has been asked many times before but I read about 10 threads so far and haven't found the same problem.'
I bought a deuce it will not start. The fuel smells like paint thinner (think its been in there for 5+years). I can run the truck off starting fluid (just enough to hear it run)> The in tank fuel pump makes noise. I opened the bleeder with the in tank fuel pump on and nothing comes out. When I crank the truck fuel will come out of the bleeder. I shut the bleeder and tried to start but nothing. Any suggestions or ideas? Thank you.

before you screw up the HH, you need to check all the filters and put clean fuel in. also since your in tank pump is not pumping you should fix that as it will help greatly with bleeding.
