Did yours have a title already upon purchase, or did you submit an SF-97? Also, is my understanding correct that the GVWR on the registration takes precedence over data plate when it comes to insurance and legality?

All off of the SF-97 for my M1079, just stood there with my mouth shut and the DOL clerk pulled all the appropriate info from their computer system with what was on the sheet…
