I would be cautious of buying it, cause I bet there was some stipulations set up about reselling it. You might find yourself out of a LOT of money.

It looks like it was never government property, but purchased by some contractor from AM General to test and show off their goods. Therefore aside from export restrictions there should be zero issues owning it.Very cool but I'm suprised they'd be allowed to sell it to the general public with the armor installed.
Since the data plate seems to be missing the "US PROPERTY" label at the bottom, I think you're right.
