One quick reply to Uriss: If these came from the same lot at Ft. Polk as the 3 I picked up last week (MEP-002a, and a pair of MEP-016's) all of mine showed signs of being exposed to a fine red dust like sand. (fuel tanks and filters on the 2 MEP-016d's clogged with it, and the MEP-002 which appears to have all new filters, blew probably a quart or more of the stuff out the exhaust when first started). If you have not done it yet check the screw off screens on the bottom of the fuel pumps, and any line where there might be a clog, you may need to run a wire through the line to clear it out. Ike
