Military mast identification.

I set the mast up with one other person who never set up a mast and myself. Having no instructions made for some fun but it was very easy to set up. Once up I thought we were up a creek as to how to get it back down:shock:. It came down just as easy as it was to put up just doing everything in reverse. Now to make an antenna for it as I think it will go nicely with the GRC-106.

That's a mast for the GRC-10 /GRC-49 radios. I recreated one using camo net support poles and 'P' cord with Pull Tites as shown in the picture. I used 2 of them to support a 75 meter dipole. The GRC-10 radios had a Yagi antenna that could be rotated from the ground. Your mast looks to be in great shape! Good find.
