I picked up stuff from OKC last week (on Friday) that came out on two pallets and a tri-wall box. I asked the forklift driver if he wanted the pallets, because if he did, he could have them, otherwise they would leave with me, and the same would be done with the tri-wall box. He decided to keep all of it after I told him the govt was paying $40 for tri-wall boxes, with retail about twice that. There was a place in Birmingham that would have given me $5 each for the pallets (they are 40 feet off the Hwy on my return route), so I was OK with it either way. Maybe knowing that I could make money off of them had something to do with his attitude.
