Don't some armored vehicles have foam filled tires? I could have sworn strykers either have or used to have them.

Have you considered changing over to the MRAP super singles. I drive through mesquite all the time and have not had an issue.
Green slime does work on tubes. They used to have bottles labeled specifically for tubes vs. tubeless tires but that does not seem to be the case anymore. I use it in garden tractors and my ATVs.
I have a few stock deuce wheels with NDTs in great shape that I would be willing to cart your way when I cruise by or we can meet up somewhere if you are out Alamogordo way.
