No offense but you counted wrong then. There's no such thing as a 8-lug 12 bolt.

The only possibility might be that someone swapped in a semi-floating Dana 60 but the more likely possibility is a 14 bolt semi floater and you mis-counted.

I got a 4x4 Sub with a 350 motor...400 trans, 241 transfer case....came with a 14 bolt semi-floater.....took it out, and put in a 14 bolt Full-floater with a locker 8+ years ago.
Wish it was a 6.2 diesel....mileage is pretty bad with a gas motor.

sorry guys i did count wrong. my mistake. So my question is where can you find some information on the factory gear ratios for the 14bolt sf? it would come out of an 1985 k20 4x4 diesel scottscdale np208 with auto hubs
