Use something other than IE unfortunately is the only answer since Microsoft and vBulletin aren't playing well with each other at this time. (4.3.1 was to have fixed this issue, But all it really did was tell IE to use compatibility mode.) Other option if you must use IE, is to downgrade to 9. Sorry
